In the morning we will pick you up at your hotel to transfer you to Flores airport to take off and enjoy the great view from the helicopter of Lake Petén Itzá and its islands, after 15 minutes of flight you will start to see the Cuenca del Mirador, an area geographically flat surrounded by limestone karst and totally covered with millenary jungle. After 15 more minutes of flight, you will see the majestic Mayan temples of La Danta and El Tigre.
As you land next to the park guards residence, you will begin an exploration tour of the largest and oldest Mayan city of El Mirador, having the opportunity to climb the largest building in the ancient world with 200,000 cubic meters. Something else you get to see is the twins, a sculpture that represents the event of creation.
